The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, making it easy to explore nearby towns like Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. The staff is always helpful and nice, offering extras like soap generously. However, the rooms felt unsafe being far back on the property and much smaller than expected, not matching the pictures.
The hotel offers reasonably priced, clean, and very comfortable rooms with a strong bleach smell. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom floor and fixtures were damaged. The location is great, within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, and good restaurants. The breakfast includes a variety of options like mini waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, yoghurt, and pastries. The hotel is well away from the street, but there were some loud noises in the morning. The very friendly and accommodating staff make the stay welcoming.
